No, and nobody honestly can. Google says there's no way to request or pay for a better local ranking.[5] AI answers also change from one search to the next. What we can do is keep your profile complete, active and well-reviewed, and show you exactly what we did and what we saw each month.
AI drafts each reply in your company's voice. Jason Williams personally checks replies to negative or sensitive reviews, and you approve those before they post.

No. Review requests go out through your own Housecall Pro, Jobber or ServiceTitan account. Those tools have built-in review requests, and we set them up for you. We don't send texts ourselves.
No. We set things up to ask every customer, never filter out unhappy ones, and never offer incentives. That follows Google's review policy[8] and the FTC's rule on reviews.[9] We never write or buy reviews, and we never script what customers say.
